This Decaf Mexican coffee is grown and harvested by a collective of farmers. Coffee cherries are collected and processed at a local mill. A gentle decaffeination process called Mountain Water processing is used, retaining flavour and extracting caffeine without the need for chemicals
Farms use sustainable farming practices avoiding the use of pesticides or damaging fertilizers.
“Really enjoyed your coffee. Thanks for the sample of the Colombian one as well. I brewed with 3 different methods. The results are different but highlight different aspects of these lovely coffees.”
